Rise Modular didn’t have professional headshots at all, making it harder to build trust, show credibility, and present a cohesive team.

In a relationship-driven industry, people want to see who they’re working with. Without that, the brand felt less established and harder to connect with. What they needed:

• A full set of professional, on-brand headshots

• Creatively show the different roles within the company

• Imagery that could be used across web, press, and sales

We decided to shoot them in a variety of locations that corresponded with the different roles within the company while keeping the lighting simple, using natural expressions, and used subtle direction to bring out confidence without feeling overly posed.

The focus was clarity and cohesion: helping every team member show up in a way that felt both professional and approachable. The outcome was a complete headshot library that:
