Lake Country Builders approached this project with a clear vision: to design a timeless one-level living home, and enter the gap for these homes in the market. To make it really stand out, they also strategically partnered with O’Hara Interiors and was featured in the Fall 2025 Artisan Home Tour.

We did this by not only capturing the finished product, but the process behind it, showcasing the materials, design decisions, and trusted partnerships that brought the home to life. By highlighting the process, commitment to quality, collaboration, and timeless design, this project positions Lake Country Builders as a leader in building refined, thoughtfully crafted homes in Minnesota.

Additionally, given the high-profile collaboration with O’Hara Interiors and the nature of the home as an Artisan Home we strategically produced a guided walkthrough featuring both the designer and architect.

This approach extended the life of the project beyond the event itself, building anticipation leading up to the showcase, maintaining momentum afterward, and offering a deeper, more immersive look into the design process. By putting Ryan and Gabby on camera, the content not only elevated the story, but also built trust and credibility with the audience while inspiring future clients.
